A little disappointing out of the box, but great when you update custom firmware.
I would actually give the Dropad A8 5 stars with how it's running right now after installing custom firmware from Slatedroid forums.Out of the box, it was a little disappointing for these reasons:- Many apps showed as imcompatible with this tablet (Netflix, Adobe Flash 11, etc...)- Many games were also imcompatible (GTA III, Madden 12, etc...)- Videos wouldn't play due to Flash not being preinstalled as advertised.- It took me a while to figure out that you have to slide in the ext sd card upside down which caused me to almost break and sd card. With all that said, the above issues have been resolved, thanks to some developers creating custom firmwares for this product. It's not hard to do, just make sure you read the directions in full a couple times to the point where you feel comfortable taking the risk. After upgrading, most, if not all market apps are compatible. GTA III, Madden 12, and Need for Speed run great. Flash videos work just fine. I can stream live sports with it. So far after upgrading, it has handled everything I've thrown at it with only one browser crash when streaming an NBA game. Even after that, I was able to open up the browser again and stream the game without any further issues. So my advice to someone looking at this tablet would be that if you're willing to learn to flash custom firmware/ROMS, then this is a very good tablet. Definitely worth it considering it's posting benchmarks comparible with some of the $500 tablets. If you're not interested in flashing firmwares, then expect a lot of frustration.

Didn't work. BEWARE!!!
Wireless connection did not even function to start device. Returned though Amazon but was charged shipping back cost. Ended up losing money. Big mistake. Recommendation for online shoppers: Go to Best buy or Walmart and look for weekly deals. Buying anything online is a high risk(even through Amazon). Unless you are buying a pair of socks, don't take a chance on electronics. You can't return it for totally free and the return policy is not as secure as buying from a good old fashion local store. A smart shopper saves money but does not take chances on the reliability of what he or she is purchasing.

Bad OS!
Somethings wrong here. I took a longshot on this device due to the good reviews but after getting this tablet I think they were padded. The Hardware is very nice but the OS on it is very bad. I had to root it as soon as i got it before I could get it to be halfway decent of a device. It has something called Gingercomb on it and its all Chinese but installed into English.Works ok with android market after rooting but Netflix is busted on it since I cant even search or scroll on the current app.As soon as I can figure out how to flash the OS its gone.

Agasio Dropad A8/Herotab C8
UPDATE:9/13/13: After a few weeks in the drawer, the battery refuses to charge and needs replacement. Also, the charger is next to impossible to find a correct replacement. I don't have buyer's remorse, because it was only around $75 when purchased and I like tearing things apart, but this knocks a star off. The Agasio website has removed everything about their tablets, so support is pretty-well nonexistent. The tablet itself is still pretty decent, but I doubt it's for someone that just wants a tablet. This will turn into a project sooner or later. I had it for several months before these issues arose, however. Since they raised the price, this isn't worth it. Get the Dragon Touch R7. It's far superior in pretty much every way for the same price.Everything below this is an out-of-date review:This little tablet is worth the money. It has a capacitive screen with up to 5-finger multi-touch and hardware capable of running N64 emulators and GTA III at decent speed (most of the time). It shipped to me already rooted with some cruddy firmware on it, but I easily loaded a custom firmware from Slatedroid and recommend that others do it, too. This tablet has no external volume control, but there are some apps that can make this easier ("Button Savior" is what I use). It features a mini-HDMI (not HDMI! Needs a cheap adapter) plug, and perfectly outputs to a TV or monitor, audio included (easy Netflix, when the app behaves as it should). The USB input means you can use a mouse and keyboard (possibly Bluetooth and 3G on it). My USB hub works great on it, too.The dimensions are approximately:7 3/4" x 4 3/4" x 3/4"And the screen is approximately:6 1/4" x 3"Pros:Best value around for cost vs. functionality5 finger multi-touch screenSmall (a pro for me)Feels very well built (firm buttons, nothing wobbly)Easy to flash new firmware on (shipped to me already rooted)ANDROID (not iOS = pro for me)A hardware on/off switch (perfect if the system freezes) (And it will)Has a speaker, but headphones recommendedCons:A little heavy (Personally, I like the weight)No external volume control (fixed with some apps from Google Play)Sometimes, the screen is inaccurate (but this happens only occasionally and instantly works after one tap)Weak WiFi signalPoor camera qualityLacks Bluetooth (can probably be fixed with a USB dongle)An annoying crackling static noise through the headphones while chargingNetflix app doesn't fully work. Videos play great, but the search bar allow inputLow resolutionBattery lifeItems included:Rooted tablet, Mini-B to USB adapter, wall charger, USB data cable, cheap headphones (but still a nice surprise), and an outdated owner's manual.
