This Caynel juicer was a bit of a challenge at first. There are no real instructions, so I learned by trial and error. On the first tries, when I juiced my celery juice, the tiny hole that expels the waste clogged up. Then the little yellow plug got torn up when I juiced kale. However, upon contacting Caynel, they replied that they would send me another as it is under warranty. NOW I've learned to chop my celery and kale into small pieces and this is no longer a problem. It also makes cleaning it way easier. Bottom line, chop your veggies into small pieces-not a problem for me.I've been using the Caynel for about 3 weeks now, twice a day.UPDATE: I've discovered a remedy to the one problem I had with this machine; getting the auger off after use. It was sooo hard to remove! Husband said, try reversing it (pushing down on on/off switch) The auger came off easily. YayCons:The auger is hard to remove. (Make sure to snap it down tight! You'll hear it snap into place)Pros:The cost of this juicer is great. For 90 bucks, it's a deal.Clean-up is easyThe unit fits under my counter cupboards even fully assembled.The juice is awesome.The unit is not a big ugly thing. It's smallish and attractive.The Caynel people responded kindly to my problem and remedied it.I am a real person who really did purchase this item and I'd recommend a masticating (cold press) machine over a centrifugal one. I loved my Brevelle, but I think I like this one better.I used to think the top feeding hole was too small. Now I don't find it a problem as I now cut veggies small. This definitely helps the juicer work it's best. I also feed it less all at once and this helps as well. I no longer have a clogging problem and the juice comes out cleaner.I'd recommend the Caynel Cold Press Juicer.Here's to your health!Side note: Caynel is VERY FAST to respond and correct anything at all. We liked that it was easy to clean, low noise level and easy to assemble. The color offered was champagne. It is ok but would have preferred the stainless steel look. 1/2 apples fed thru the flip chute sometime would jam (easy to push on with push tool provided) but would have been smoother if the flip chute and the drop tube didn't overlap.

The media could not be loaded.  I recently got into the health benefits of juicing. I have a Breville Juice Fountain Elite centrifugal juicer at home and been juicing everyday. After much research , I was interested in a cold press / masticating juicer to yield more juice , especially with leafy greens like kale. I love Caynel slow masticating juicer so much more! It was highly recommended by Lauren Mattice , and she was so right ! I love the price and quality of this slow juicer 💚💚

Great machine for $100. I'm really impressed. It can take a whole Gala Apple easily and this saves me alot of time from chopping everything into small pieces.

I have been using this product over 1 month and I am very satisfied with it's production. Do not let the low price fool you, it is a great juicer! It really does what it is exactly designed for! I had an item that was missing in the box and contacted the customer service and they resolved it right away! Highly recommend, easy to clean, and assemble.

Got this juicer because it’s healthier, it’s red and matches my kitchen appliance decor, and it doesn’t take up as much space as other juicers. Everything works well. It took me a while to figure that the pieces have to snap in place in order for things to fit and work. Happy with the purchase.

I had a kitchen aide juicer that lasted 5 mins. I love this one and it’s half the cost!! I would buy over and over!!

We just got this juicer and my kid has already juiced all the fruit in our crisper drawer. I wanted a masticating juicer but I didn't want to spend over $100. This fit the bill so we gave it a shot. I don't have anything to compare it to but it seems like it does everything it should. I deducted a star because disassembly wasn't easy. It wasn't hard either. My kid doesn't have the hand strength disassemble it so I have to keep doing it for her ;D
