Nice devices for the price
These were purchased for my 80 year old uncle that is hard of hearing and didn't want to pay $3000 for hearing aids. He is very happy with these. The size is good and the batteries are inexpensive and last a while, almost a week with continuous daily use. The only issue we have seen is the volume control, which is a very small button and little feedback. Other than that one issue, these are great!

Performs well, I like product. But DOCUMENTATION could be more informative.
I like the product BUT the included technical information is SPARSE. I had to experiment a bit before I got the volume that I like. As a value it is good, I just wish the documentation was a bit better.I do recommend the product, I do like it.

Bad product
Defective, will be returning this. All I get is a high pitched squeal. Couldn't get this close to my ear.

Excellent value
Over the last several years I have tried most of the hearing amplifiers available from Amazon. The best product by far was the Simply Soft Smart Touch, which I still use in one ear on a daily basis, but apparently they are no longer available. I have been using the Coniler amplifier in my left ear for a few days, and it so far has very similar performance to the Simply Soft. As noted by other reviewers the documentation included with the Coniler is almost useless, but with some trial and error it is possible to find satisfactory volume levels with my fairly severe high-frequency hearing loss. The Coniler model will fit most people because of the choice of end caps, which some people will not find as comfortable as the Simply Soft. Given the price of the Coniler I rate is as a very good value.

Control Button Does Not Work
I tried this hearing aid out for about a week. After putting the battery in the hearing aid I put it in my left ear. The hearing aid wasn't loud enough so I pushed the button on the hearing aid. I was able to push the button twice before the hearing aid became very loud and started whistling and wouldn't stop. So I couldn't adjust the volume on the aid without causing it to whistle. To stop the whistling I had to take the aid from my ear and open the battery door. Doing this made the aid go back to its default volume level which is very low. I think the hearing aids where you use a small screw driver to adjust the volume are better. The only exception I have found so far is the Britzgo BHA-603 hearing aid. This button on this aid works very good.

AMP
Remember these are amplifiers not hearing aids. Makes everything louder but hard to understand. I bought a set, it takes a very tiny screwdriver to adjust the volume. This is very hard for seniors who shake can't see good

IT IS TINY BUT PACKS A MIGHTY BIG HEARING BOOST
I bought this for my husband. He got it yesterday and it might be tiny, with a tiny price, but positive changes to our quality of life are wonderful. So far he says it works great. It is comfortable and the price for the being able to hear things he hasn't heard it in years is, PRICELESS. So, far we are both very happy with this aid. I am going to buy one for his right ear after the holidays.

amplifier
not enough directions. hard to rad understand, especially volume. can't figure how to adjust. how long do batteries last? everything is so tiny that it's hard to operate. lack of background noise is good, but does not explain much, ie. different ear pieces, etc
