I purchased this strip to replace an old stackable Belkin hub. I needed something that works great, provided fast USB connection speed, and didn't take up a lot of desk space. I purchased other brands that didn't work, this product worked immediately. Highly recommend.

Very nice and compact. I can't speak about how well it works as a hub for a PC as I'm using mine for powering several USB powered LED figurines. For this purpose it is serving me well : )

I like how thin it is. Doesn't take up much room. I also like the feature of 7 ports. This is my second one, I've had the first 7 port for over 10 years.

Let me start by saying this hub is very small--it's about 6 inches wide, a little over half an inch tall, and a little more than one inch deep. The power and host cable plug into one of the ends, so don't let the photo mislead you into thinking it will stand up. Both power and micro-usb cables are removable. There's no LEDs on it and the overall style is simple and tidy.As for cons, there's one big one that's a bummer--the power cord is only 3 feet long. Power isn't required for simple devices like mice and keyboard, but some gadgets such as USB harddrives won't work without it. The short cord means that you'll need a power outlet right by your desk and the hub will be kept on a very short leash. The AC adapter is 5V 4.0A, if you want to find a replacement. The adapter is also quite large, making the portability of the hub questionable.In a nutshell: it's a slick, small hub that really needs a smaller AC adapter with a longer cable. You'll be happy using it without the AC for your mouse or keyboard, but look for something else for your laptop bag or if you need it to be more than a couple feet from an outlet.

Everything about this product is fine, but the way the cables are designed to connect to one end of this device is kinda weird.. it would've been better if this device was powered thru USB without the use of an additional dc power supply cable

I have the same hub since 2011 and it still ticks. I have three total now.

A real quality product from Belkin - I bought one almost 10 years ago (2015) and it hasn't let me down.It's not as fast as today's USB 3.0 or USB-C but it gets the job done.And it's small enough to back in your laptop bag - just don't forget the powerbrick if you want to power things from this hub.

This is a really small device, but I plugged all my USB cords side by side, and it works perfectly for all of them. It has no glaring lights shining all the time. It just simply works exactly as expected. Totally glad I bought this.
