Nice to have a frame that is not cheap plastic. One silly thing is instructions for opening up frame are inside frame so you have to open it up to learn how to open it up. This frame also requires you to install the D-rings and wire with two screws. It's not hard but is an extra step.

I have been buying these Craig frames for years they are very good frames at a good price. Yes there are cheaper ones but I was not happy with them and the savings was not enough to sacrifice the quality. They are packed very well and have never arrived damaged. This time this is what the box looked like this and when I opened it the frame was undamaged, the factory box protected the frame.

Looks good, looks like glass and not plexiglass. Very light weight. Not real sturdy.

Packaged extremely well with labels stating that glass was inside. The frame is very sturdy and i am well pleased. I would totally recommend

These are painted wooden slats stapled together with some exceptionally thin plastic to function as the "glass". This is not $25 worth of materials. But good luck finding a reasonably-priced frame that can be safely delivered to you. More thought and effort were put into the packaging and the instructions than the frame itself.I started out this review as a complaint, but I now fully realize: the cost of this frame almost entirely goes into the packaging. I am ultimately paying for it to arrive at my doorstep in perfect condition and in 7 days. I could have gone to a frame shop and paid for a better frame, but I chose this instead.So, okay, 3/5 frame, 5/5 availability, 5/5 instructions, 5/5 packaging, 5/5 accessories.

First let me start out by saying I wouldn't exactly call them wood grained... That said, I do love them. I bought 3 of the 8 x 10 size and one each of 2 different sizes, one quite large. All but one arrived in perfect condition. One of the small ones had a cracked glass. I notified the company through Amazon and they replaced the frame without question, no problem. I have already bought mats for the pictures I wanted for these frames and everything is framed up and ready to hang and they are beautiful.I love the starkness of the black frames. (but then I do have a think for black). Three of the prints are going in my kitchen which has a preponderance of black... but it's not dark, it looks great! (No the walls aren't black)All of the frames were well packaged which is why I was surprised when I found the cracked glass... and the arrived within a few days of ordering.For me, I'd order from them again in a heart beat and probably will when I have more art that needs framing.

Pros:- simple, easy to assemble- packaging was good in my case, frame was well protected with a good amount of foam in a larger box - very secure- lightweight- good variety of sizes to choose from, including some more obscure sizesCons:- the cardboard backing; it's lighter, but longevity was not in mind here- the frame is delicate and would break easily if mishandled or dropped- the "clear acrylic facing" attracts a lot of dust and hair, so it can be frustrating when assembling. It also seems to get marked up easily.- price range is a bit high in regards to the quality*note: we did not use the hanging accessories, so I cannot comment on that. We will be using Command Strips. The supplies did come with the product.Overall, I would say I like this frame and would recommend it in a pinch. It's nice enough to look at and simple. I could not find the size I needed locally, so it did the trick. I wish it was a bit sturdier and well-built. I probably would not use this for a collectible piece but for a regular photo or cheap poster, it does its job.
