Original remote up and died. This is the replacement. Works great right out of the box. Just had to sync it with the TV.

Perfect replacement. It auto paired with the TV also.

Our controller for our 6 year old LG tv started freezing up randomly. Their remote worked perfectly. Just pop in batteries and point it at the TV and it worked immediately and perfectly. No more frozen screen... No more frustrated toddler screeching. It's a win!

The original remote that came with my TV starting using up batteries at an alarming rate so I ordered a generic version and it felt cheap and some functionality didn't work. So I ordered this one instead and it is perfect replacement for the original one. Everything worked immediately without any issues. I definitely recommend.

I lost my original remote. How I will mever know 🤷🤣. This is a perfect replacement exactly like the original. Good battery life.

I ordered this to replace my original remote, which started eating batteries every few days and which LG could not replace. But they did send me a link for this model here, and it is listed as the exact same model number. It is NOT, although it looks identical. But it works perfectly, even pairing instantly with my DVR just as the original did. Only four stars, though, because the differing model numbers gave me a few moments of unease. The product description should clarify this.

This remote sold by "Sourcing Remote" is defective and the wheel in the middle broke/ depressed into the case within couple of months of use. I have bought 1 unit on 09/21/2024, 02/04/2025 and 04/17/2025.When I ordered another one on 07/05/2025 at $24.74 (prime shipping), they cancelled my order today 07/14/2025.The OEM LG remote quality is horrible (my original LG remote lasted more than 4 years) and when I first bought in September 2024, the product page says there's a 12 month warranty and when I contact Sourcing Remote, they said it's not for the accessories products that they sell. The reason I kept buying from the same seller is because I wanted to make sure it's just a one-time issue, it could be just my luck of getting a lemon. But after having 3 remotes from the same seller breaking in couple of months each time, this is not just the remote quality issue.

I'm loving this LG remote controller. Works flawlessly and feels so comfortable in your hand. It's easy to use and i like it much better than the little one that came with my LG tv. The little remote has an Exit button on it, and if pressed by mistake it will immediately close out whatever you are watching on tv. This larger remote does not have an Exit button so i don't have to worry about closing out of a program accidentally. This remote also has voice activation and other features that the smaller one does not have. I've seen some reviews with quality concerns, but I haven't seen any problems at all. I suggest that you must be sure the product is by LG and not a random generic brand. It pared with my tv immediately just by pressing the on button.
