good fit and nice quality

Fits perfect in the scratching post that I need them for. Tried this as a replacement since the ones I normally got as replacements were discontinued. I tried a few other brands but this one was the only one that fit perfectly and my cats love it.

If there is a drawback - it's the paper threads on the floor but I sweep those up with a hand vac. Elsie LOVES it - a day never goes by that she doesn't scratch it and then does a happy back flip. lolOh, great too is the fact that 2 come in the package.

Our two cats are really liking these scratch pads! We had a couple of plastic holders that they fit right into (from previous scratch pads). They are "tearing them up" and sprinkling the enclosed catnip on the pads entices them to use them more!

These were just a slight bit shorter than the hollow for my cat's scratcher. Most refill inserts I've purchased have been a smidge too long, though, making me have to cram them in by smashing the ends of the refill in a little bit before inserting, so I guess I'm not too upset.The shortness did make the refill sit too loosely in the hollow, though, and it was trying to wobble out whenever my cat scratched on it. FYI.I remedied this by cutting a bit of the flap off the cardboard box these were shipped to me in, folding it in thirds until it was thick enough, and wedging it tightly into the 1/4" gap or so remaining. Voila! Problem solved. Now it doesn't move.

I bought these as a replacement for the cat tree scratcher as the big box stores do not have the replacement scratcher in stock (I have a tree with two levels of perches, a sisal scratcher post and the cardboard scratcher slot on the lower level). These are about an inch too short for the opening, however they are about 1 layer thicker than the regular replacement, so they hold really well in the opening and the cat does not pull it out when he scratches. I was able to push this in at the middle of the opening and it does the job as he doesn't use the bottom or top inch as it is.

Our old ones had worn out, but fortunately we found a seller that had exactly what we needed! Very reasonable!

My cat loves them. Perfect refill size for my scratchers.
