Dog Bone Multicutter (2"x28 bones)

I was so excited to receive this cookie cutter, but after using it once, it "died" when I hand washed it in the same water I had my hands in (the point being, it should NOT have been too hot for the plastic cutters). The cutter warped and was therefore useless. I did return for a full refund, which I received promptly. So, the customer service was everything it needed to be, but sadly, the product was not. Love the idea, though! Maybe if it was made of thicker or different plastic.

Can not be washed in dishwasher.

did not work as expected. did not hold up with repeated use, 3d printing did not create smooth sides so it holds dough and is hard to clean.

Great product!

I bought this multicutter in June and it is now December. Overall a high 2/low 3 rating. The ability to make many cuts is a plus but the time it takes to pick out all the little holes after each cut is a solid -1 rating. I am only able to make 2 cuts max before I have to take time to clean out all the crevices. It is faster to use a single cutter. It came nicely packaged but had warped in transit. Even after 6 months, it still doesn't lay flat. I have to use a rolling pin on top of it in order to get it to cut out all the bones at once. Bottom line-still on the hunt for a dog bone multicutter that actually saves time.

Lots of biscuits at once!

Dough got stuck in teeny tiny holes between cut shapes (very hard to get out) and product warped in hot tap water that was being used to hand-wash items (water was not that hot -- my hands could stand it).
