I tried many multi vitamins and I just love this brand! It has everything you need in 1 easy to swallow pill! It doesn't upset my stomach and the effectiveness there. Love the healthy ingredients. So my Great benefits and the size is not too big so again easy to swallow. This is the only brand I buy now .

I really liked this vitamin and the fact it has vitex in it which really helped with my luteal phase spotting. I never had issues with spotting before my period until the return of my period after the birth of my third baby at 7 months post partum. This vitamin truly took care of that problem! I did notice because it’s a one a day pill that my pee was very bright yellow most of the day despite water intake. I know this brand has a three x daily vitamin I’ve considered switching to but it’s just way more expensive. Overall it’s pretty decent
