The foam part does not break apart
I have tried several brands of mouth swabs. Some break into pieces with mild biting, these don’t. My daughter is severely handicapped and doesn’t understand not to chop down on them. These withstand the abuse.

Bought these to clean the tiny crevices of my breastpump. Worked amazing and lasted forever since I could use the same one for multiple washes.Still have a ton left over and use them for cleaning multiple things. As well as using them to clean my baby's tongue and gums when needed. Work great for teaching baby to brush teeth with as well.

LOVE THESE
The handles are a little shorter (about an inch) than most, but I DON'T CARE. I purchase them to apply oils, etc. to wounds and for toe and nail care so for those purposes, I prefer this slightly shorter stick. I LOVE THESE because I can scrub and the foam head doesn't fall off. AWESOME!!!The come in a box of 250, several different colors, individually wrapped. The foam head on these is also smaller than others I've tried, but I like that about these too. PERFECTION.

They are ok. Not as good as the ones from the hospital but they work pretty well. I’d recommend them

Does what I bought them for.
I originally bought these too clean between my toes when I shower. Worked great but the stick was paper based like a tootsie roll sucker. It would get soggy and bend after a couple of showers. They have since come with a plastic stick and it is way too slippery. Hence the 4star rating.

They're well made!!!
These have come to be my best friends. My mother has a tracheostomy tube. As her primary caregiver, these have proven to be invaluable. Because of my mom's particular situation, these swabsticks are the best way to effectuate her trach care. They're individually wrapped. They're well made. We've gone through 2 boxes so far and none of them have fallen apart or been defective out of the box. And to top it off, we rather enjoy the variety of vibrant colors.
