I usually don't spend a ton on money on makeup but I have used this product for years. It adds just enough color to freshen up my face. I seldom wear foundation but when I do this product sets it. A little pricey but the last one I had lasted me 2 years with almost daily use.

I have ordered this MAC product several times on Amazon many times before and each product I received was satisfactory and of good quality. But with my recent order of this product, I am very disappointed! This is not a cheap product for me and I am upset that it arrived caked-up, as if it was once wet but dried back up into one hard circle-shaped CLUMP as you can see in the photo! When I opened it up, the powder that wasn't clumped was scattered all over the compact and spilled out onto my outfit and my counter. Since I was out of my previous one, I tried to swipe some of the powder off of the clump and it barely gets onto my makeup brush because it is hard, caked-up and clumped together. To make this right with good customer service, I AM REQUESTING EITHER A REFUND or another MAC compact (the same order) but a fresher product sent to me immediately, if you please. I hope someone responds and will replace the defective product that was sent to me instead of leaving me with a product that is not of quality, does not match the advertisement, and for sending me a product I cannot use for the money I paid for it.
