I agree with the other reviewers the best way to determine that it works is when you stop. Then you'll notice etc. Like a lot of people I've had multiple injuries due to sports, my own stupidity and the like. I spread out the pills(2-3daily) and plan on finishing out another consecutive bottle. The ingredients are anti-inflammatory which is a good thing.

I have arthritis in my hands and am allergic to shellfish. This suppliment is very helpful in abating the pain and keeping mobility.

I notice a difference with this product. I take 2 tablets daily. Works better for me than Osteo-Biflex and it comes right to my door!

This product has allowed me to use steps without the level of knee pain I previously experienced. They recently changed the shape of the tablet. It is a bit larger but I haven't had difficulty swallowing it.
