Sharp, clean and straight running resaw blade
Good resaw blade...fit my Rikon 10-324 perfectly at 111". This 3/4" 3 tpi blade fit the wheels perfectly and tensioned up just like the old blade.Without much tuning, I was up and running.Resawed a 1x5 pine board to begin and as seen in the pictures, I got two 1/4" and one 2 mm veneer thin board from a single 3/4" thick(you know, what they call a 1" nominal) board. The surface finish is very nice too.I will try some hardwoods (oak/maple/walnut) and add more photos of those resawn boards, but I don't think I will have much trouble, this blade is sharp and runs clean amd straight.Update: I have run walnut, zebrawood, oak and jatoba through this blade and the results are very good. As a new blade, this cuts true and clean, I got 4 3/16" pieces out of one single true 1" zebrawood board that was 6-7" wide (see photos). Zebrawood has awful tearout normally but this blade cut cleanly.

a great resew blade if you're not overly picky about results
I usually have a TimberWolf resaw blade on my 14" Rikon bandsaw but I decided to give Olson a shot. I haven't used their bands in a long while and so I bought 2. Well, I put one on the saw and did some test resaws in pine, poplar, walnut, and cherry. I have the saw tuned for drift so the resaw went well BUT, it's some of the roughest resaw cuts I have ever seen. Really really raggedy and more saw marks than I am used to. So, in a pinch, the Olson 3/4" blade will do the job but if you are looking to produce some fine veneer or get some near finish quality resaw work, this is not the band for you. You get what you pay for and in this case, the cost of the Timberwolf is well worth it. I will keep the Olson as an emergency spare. I will admit that everyone has different levels of expectations so in all fairness, this band may be just perfect for occasional resaw work. The opinion expressed here is strictly my own and are guided by my expectations and past experience with other bandsaw blades. Hope this helps.

Sharp!
I bought this blade for resawing logs and it works great! It was easy to change out blades and I'm getting straight cuts with no binding. I do recommend to anyone that does resawing logs for the money it's hard to beat.

3/4" Olson Blade Won't Track
I very rarely write product reviews. The item must be awesomely great or horribly bad. In this instance, I had TWO bad experiences, and have now given up on Olson bandsaw blades. The first order resulted in a box with two 'used' blades. I'd heard of customers getting used parts instead of new, but this was my first such experience. I returned the package for a replacement of the same item. This time I got a new blade, but found the blade was misshaped, such that it could not be adjusted to run on the saw. I am highly experienced in installing bandsaw blades and have never purchased a blade that couldn't be tracked. I put the original Timberwolf blade back on the saw and had no problem adjusting the tracking. Each time I tried to reinstall the Olson blade it would run completely off the upper wheel, even at the limits of the tracking adjustment. That's it for me and Olson blades. They may have been a good company once upon a time, but I'm going to spend a little more and by my blades elsewhere. Planning on getting a "Wood Slicer" from Highland woodworking.
