Universal Grounding Mat for Computer, Foot and Bed - Relieves Pain and Inflammation with Negative Ions (39'' x 11.8'')

I purchased this over a year and a half ago. I tried it and didn't notice anything. I pulled it out after being reminded to ground myself. To my surprise I plugged it in, laid it on my bed and even before I got positioned, my elbow felt better. I could feel tingling in my legs too. My elbow started hurting a few weeks ago, and it had been too painful to pick up any thing over 3lbs. My doctor said the pain would go away on its own, but it hasn't until now. I can feel the pain if I massage the area, but I can stretch my arm without being in excruciating pain. Yes, I recommend this grounding mat on this experience alone. Great quality. I plugged it into a surge protector.

Would have liked more clear use instructions inside the package. But had researched them enough to know what to do. Love the extra long cord as well.I started using it less than 24 hours ago and I slept SO soundly last night!! Feet stopped hurting too.

This mat is something I purchased to use when I am standing for long periods in the kitchen to help with the inflammation in my ankles. Yes, it has helped some. I think if I were to use it on a more regular basis I might have better results. This mat is a bit different. I am on the fence about whether I would buy it again or not.

Defective Grounding wire right out of the box.The first thing I did when receiving this mat was to test the resistance of the mat (tied to ground with suppled wired) ground to prove this product actually performs as advertised. I did this by connecting a multimeter between the conductive surface of the grounded mat to another outlets ground prong.Zilch. Infinite resistance. What could be wrong?I then proceeded to test the supplied grounding wire to see if that was the culprit. I connected one end ot the wire to one lead on my multimeter and the other end of the grounding wire to my other multimeter. No reading. Completely open, infinite resistance.The multimeter is working properly because one always touches both leads together beforehand just to ensure the test equipment is working properly.The (very thin, although not a dealbreaker) ground wire is defective.Returning for refund and will procure a higher quality item or a more reputable brand. You get what you pay for. Maybe I just got unlucky this time? Maybe. Nonetheless it is not worth the trouble.

I recently tried the grounding mat, and while it does have some benefits, it didn’t fully live up to my expectations. First, the positive side. It's comfortable to use, and I do feel a slight difference in my energy levels after using it for a few days. The material seems well-made and durable, and it's easy to set up.However, I’m not completely convinced of its effectiveness. I didn’t notice any dramatic changes in my sleep patterns or overall well-being, which was a bit disappointing given the hype around grounding products.Overall, it’s a decent product, but it didn’t provide the immediate or noticeable results I was hoping for. I’d recommend it if you’re curious to try grounding therapy, but I’m not sure it’s a must-have.

Love this little kit with the earthing mat - which is bigger than I expected - 39" long!It also came with the grounding cord which is 15' long - much longer than most products have out of the box.To get started I unrolled the mat and lay it where I wanted to use it. Orientation wise I put the side with the snap for the grounding cord UP.I plugged the ground end into the ground hole in the wall plug. That's all I had to do.Note that we have used other grounding products so we already had a tester to validate that the ground on the outlet was really grounded. If you're not sure I strongly recommend testing the outlet prior to plugging the mat into the wall.If you don't have a grounded outlet you'll need to sort that out first before you can use the mat. If you don't ground the mat it won't do anything for you.I use this on the floor in front of my sofa and I rest my feet flat on the mat. The media could not be loaded. I use my grounding mat at night while I’m sleeping! I’ve noticed deeper sleep and better energy levels as well as less inflammation! So good I gifted one to my husband and multiple family members!
