If you can learn to be process focused instead of outcome focused you will have better outcomes. Counterintuitive but true. The author is a Gold Medalist, so you can take it to the bank.

while I enjoyed his book this doesn't leave me with the same feeling. The message that he presents is very worhtwhile and helpful, but he would have been better off to have someone else write and record the cd. It needs a more professional touch.

This is a great resource...but only if you use it consistently. I have it in the car and listen to it everything I am by myself and sometimes with my boys if they can tolerate it! :)

Life changing, everyone must get this and use it. Keep listening to it over and over, it will lower your score.

A great CD to reinforce the Mental Keys book's principles.

Someone once said "Golf is 90% mental and the other 10% is mental also!". The 4 step routine and other tips and truths in the book and this CD are the best mental help I have ever found for golf. If I do not use them - I can really stink up the course. If I have the discipline to use them I play MUCH better. It not easy - it is definitely WORK but it works. I am buying a copy of this CD for my friends so we call all play better golf.
