Keep the soccer ball pumped up.

Q: Is this ball that much heavier then the basic size 3 ball? My 6 year old wants a gold ball so I found this but the weight of a size 5 ball worries me.

In my opinion a 6 year old should not be using a gold ball. If your 6 year old is an awesome player and is in hard training, then possibly, but a 6 year old should be using a size 3. I hope you found this to be helpful.

You can get the different sizes at just about any sports store. If you don’t know what size you need, they can tell you. The size of ball depends upon their age. I hope this is useful.

I don’t know the exact weight. I purchased this for my granddaughter who is on the West Virginia Olympic Development Program Soccer Team, as well as another travel team. She found the ball to be very useful in her training. I hope this helps. She thought the weight was just right.
