Go To Caddie DIY Yardage Books with Stencil

These "do it yourself" yardage books helped me prepare for golf tournaments in my state. I used them with Google Earth and the Sky Caddie site to scout courses I never had played before and sketch the holes. One page is for the fairway and one for the green complex of each hole. It takes time, but it encourages the golfer to observe important distances and "no go" areas, such as hidden water hazards, er um penalty areas, as well as the distance to fairway and greenside bunkers. I really never knew the dimensions or shapes of greens until I started drawing them and using Google Earth.Did all that effort help me score better? I am not a scratch golfer and poor artist, but in the handicapped scoring for my age group, which is all I was focused on, I came in with the most points for the year, including 5 first place finishes and several other top 5's. I'm convinced that preparation and course management, enabled by the effort to make these yardage books, had a big part to play in my success.

This product has helped me look at the corses totally different and helps me play smarter golf.
