great product. i read reviews on a couple different brands and decided on this one. it works perfect for us. we needed to strip off wax build up on our wood floor. very easy to use. can't wait to use it to buff the floor and remove stains off carpet floors. comes with three different types of pads. it has a fill tank attached to it that works perfect.

I couldn't wait to use it as our new tile floors needed to be cleaned. I started with the kitchen a 100 square foot room. 3 hours later the floor was barely clean I tried two different cleaners, and no go. The machine is about as light as a toy, and when I put pressure on the brushes it just bogged the motor down. At that rate I figure about another 5 hours and it might be clean. So don't bother buying this machine and just pay 50 dollars and rent a commercial machine and do the whole house in the same amount of time

Well I had high hopes. And this unit works well on floors that are already cleaned ahead of time and only need normal weekly spot cleaning. As far as cleaning an exceptionally dirty floor the first time, it just can't get the job done. Guess nothing replaces the on-your-knees, scrub brush and bucket of soap and water when you have a floor that is covered with long existing ground in dirt on a linoleum floor that has a carved, dimpled design. So, once the heavy duty, back-breaking cleaning is done, this unit should be able to keep it clean from then on into the future. It seems to be sturdy enough. it is a bit loud when running, but isn't very heavy and can be pushed over the floor easily. the sprayer is a nominal add on, I'll try using it and see if it makes a difference from just added cleaner to floor manually. So, I believe this unit will be useful in the long-run, I was just disappointed that it couldn't handle the heavy job.

Under powered for cleaning wood floors and leaves swirl marks on dark wood floors. Can’t see it doing well on carpet either. Probably best used as a finish polisher for wood and tile.

Bought for cleaning wood floor light easy does a good job. Used as a buffer would not recommend fort wax or for heavy cleaning. Fast shipping good price comes with all the brushes, pads, is complete unit.

This item arrived very quickly and in good condition. The floor cleaner was described very well.I would definitely recommend purchase. It is a time saver for me.

I bought this to remove Bona polish from my hardwood. The pads that came with the unit were missing the middle attachment piece to keep them on the brushes. it is not of the quality I had hoped and has not been helpful in removing the polish even after I have scrubbed with my hands and on my knees. I contacted customer service to ask them to send me the inserts (plastic) to enable me to attach the polish pads and the rep I spoke to acted like I was wasting her time. She totally blew me off and made no effort to resolve my issue beyond the two plastic inserts I needed to attach the pads. They came in and what do you know? they didn't fit and they didn't attach the pads. so this unit is stored in the basement while I am still on my hands and knees
