I bought this because of multiple positive reviews and now I have to question if those reviews were legit. This pillow was so uncomfortable that after a few hours I had to remove it and revert back to my old pillow. It was to hard, lacked the advertised support it claimed, and as I said already it was horribly uncomfortable. I can for the life of me understand how anyone thinks this pillow is comfortable unless they had a pillow of bricks before. Then I suppose it could be viewed as something of an improvement.As a side note, the return process has been just awful. Hermès was supposed to pick it up the next day. It’s now been three days and I am still waiting for it to be picked up. Com’on Amazon. You've got to be more reliable than this. You need to investigate and solve your “Hermès” problem.

Only been using a few days and still getting used to it, it is compfy, and it does feel better on my neck so far, like the squishy feel better than my other two memory foam ones, as they feel hard. ( my cat loves it as well!!)

I bought this pillow after reading all the positive reviews and thought I would give it a go as I suffer with TMJ and can only sleep on my back. I have only been using it a couple of days but already found it more comfortable than a normal pillow. The slight mould/indent in the pillow stops me from sleeping on the side of my face and stops me from waking up with pain. So far I am pleased that I bought this pillow as I have been desperate to get a good night's sleep. Best pillow so far for my condition.

I realise how important is for your healthy sleep to have comfortable pillow after I bought this product. I feel better when waking up. Without my usual neck pain and headache. Before buying it I thought that it's going to be too high for me, but actually, it really shapes after my body and it's just perfect. The material is also really good and comfortable. The two sights have different heights so everybody can adjust it for their best experience. I'm really happy with this purchase as a small change made a huge impact on my sleep and everyday life!

Great quality item, material, firmness. The pillow was not for me, thin but my partner loves it. Just depends on the head size and personal preference. Good for back support when reading.

I am side sleeper who dozes on his back and I have finally found the pillow that provides me with the support I desire. No more pain in the rotator cuff or ramming my fist under the single pillow to provide extra depth or neck support. But this pillow supports various positions: For on the side, back. The memory foam had a very noticeable difference to the standard pillow, far more comfortable and feels very natural. It even solved my neck pain.

Have had this for a few months now, when I first got it it was really good but over time it's become flatter and is not providing me with as much support as I'd like

I've tried so many pillows in the hope that I can sleep comfortably and wake without a painful neck or headache. This has to be the most comfortable next pillow I have tried.It's a lovely soft memory foam that supports my neck perfectly. It's well made, comfortable and good value for money. It comes in a bag which will be useful for when taking it when we travel.Very happy with this pillow.
