Just the best
After using a Braun/Oral B electric toothbrush for over 10 yrs, I decided to try this Philips, recommended by a friend. Despite good oral hygiene, including flossing, I have plaque build up & have to see my dental hygienist every 4 months. I have only used this sonic toothbrush for a few days, but I am so happy with it!I am amazed at how smooth & clean my teeth feel after using it. I do have some sensitivity from the vibration, but I think I just need to get use to that. It is light weight & slim, nice since I have small hands. It is not noisy. I can't attest to the battery life, since I have not had it that long. But, I do like that after using it the green light stays on for a few seconds to let you know it is still fully charged. You need to know that it is charged with a USB cord, not the typical plug in wall outlet. I just use my outlet adapter from my iPhone. It does have a timer, that quietly beeps when you have brushed for 2 minutes. Overall, I am really happy with this product & anxious for my next dental visit to see if there is significant improvement with my plaque issue.

A MUST HAVE!!
I have been brushing with a Phillips Sonicare for at least 8 years, I got one of their newest models at the time. It stopped working about 2 weeks ago, so I bought a cheap battery operated $5 job at a store to get me by till I could get another Philips. That cheaper battery operated thing they call a toothbrush, did such a horrible job, I had to get a new Philips as my teeth and gums started bleeding from the poor brush job this other thing was doing. Yes, the brushes can be a little pricey, but you cannot even compare to other brushes you can get for less money. Dental care is not cheap, so investing a little extra in a brush like this will save you money and lots of pain in the future. This brush is not the same aModel I got several years ago, but it is so much more advanced and know that in 10 years when this one stops working I'm not going to mess around, I am just going to buy a new Philips. By then they will have a model that brushes your teeth for you!! LOL

Great toothbrush
I had to get used to the smaller toothbrush head. It works great. I can easily reach the back teeth. Overall my teeth look and feel cleaner. No more stains on them from drinking tea. I would definitely recommend this toothbrush.

A lot weaker than my other philips
Bought it for occasional use and was surprised how weak it is compared to my other one bought from Costco. Costco sells two for maybe $120. I know they’re different versions but just quite surprised how different they are.

Solid piece of equipment, my second time buying
This one is the one to get. BEWARE - there is another '4100' Phillips toothbrush which charges with a USB charger and has a much weaker vibration, and poorly weighted/lightweight feeling compared to this which feels like real equipment.I've bought three of these, one for myself, then my boyfriend, then again when mine stopped working after just over two years (the manufacturer warranty is 2 years...) This has a strong vibration and really changes the entire tooth-brushing experience... These used to be available for sub-$40 around the holidays.... seems in current times the cost has increased but.. still worth it for such a basic hygiene tool which will get constant use. This particular model is the best of all worlds - strong vibration for the price, but no extra/unnecessary features (i.e. syncing to a phone...) I hope they never stop making these. They do come in Black and Navy as well, if you can find them. They are excellent gifts and I don't mind if they have a shelf life of a couple years (maybe get the extended Amazon warranty as I did this last time)

Just works as advertised.
Does a great job of cleaning and I love the simple two speed options v several choices as my previous Sonicare brush.

My dentist made me get this
I had one one of these years ago. It was really, really expensive and a lot bulkier. This time, my dentist told me there are a ton of options on the market, and get the reasonable one. She said the expensive ones have pressure warnings and a few features, but she finds this basic model a great value for the price. And, her pro-tip is to buy the replacement heads in bulk here or at (the other giant store with an online presence).I like having the Sonicare again. My one critique: The plug's a USB plug so I had to dig out a leftover computer brick. I see zero reason for a USB plug on this. I want it to plug into the wall.

Broke
The product stopped working after 2 years. Same as the one before. I don’t think it’s a normal service period
