Awesome book! If you own a business this is definitely the book for you. Even if you are a student, this book teaches about team leadership, performance and how to excel in corporate America.

It was in good condition and as expected.

The looseleaf version is perfect to put into your own 3-hole notebook. Especially easy to pull out just the chapter you're working on.

I spent several hours trying to open this on both my Windows 11 PC, and my MacOS Laptop. I also spent over an hour with Amazon Customer Service and they filed an escalate ticket but I have received no support/response. I am still unable to open my textbook, I was unable to complete my paper on-time for class (I turned it in, incomplete), and now I am unable to return it...
