Easy to install, Stainless Steel, quality product
i have been using an Amway filter system for 34 years. It used a plastic filter housing that developed leaks over time which I needed to replace twice. I replaced it with Multipure that uses a stainless steel housing and the same filters as the Amway system. The cost of the unit and replacement filters is less and the filtration improves the taste of the water such it cannot be distinguished from bottled water. Easy to install. The Multipure system uses special fittings to connect the hoses. I purchased the unit without the fittings thinking i could use my existing fittings but Multipure fittings are not standard. Be certain to order the Multipure fittings with the unit. Very satisfied with this product.

Great product
I like the taste of the water, which family members and visitors find impressive. Assembling and installing the filter was easy , and I am not a handy person. The problem I had was that I thought the faucet was included in the box, only to find that It had to be ordered and wait. It has been 11 months in use and the cartridge is still good judging for the quality of the water and the flow. Highly recommend this article

Difficukt installation
Install is a pain. I wish i went with another brand. Quality is great but constant leaks as I basically had to find a mish mosh of different fittings to get this connection to the water line and faucet. If they included standard fittings and better instructions this wouod be a 5 star review.

Clean water.
After evaluating different water filters, the Multipure MP750 has proven to be a great product at a reasonable price. It was easy to install and easy to maintain with occasional filter replacement.

The water coming out of the Multipure is the best tasting that we have ever had
It took me a long time to get around to purchasing the Multipure MP750 after I first saw its rating in Consumer Reports. Finally I had trouble finding replacement cartridges for my old filter unit and decided to order the Multipure to replace it. I should have made the switch long ago. The water coming out of the Multipure is the best tasting that we have ever had and the flow rate is much better too. The one problem I had was finding the adaptors to connect the high pressure hoses from out old system to the Multipure. Once I found them, I switched the units, and have not looked back. A guest recently comment that our water tasted noticibly better than it did in another nearby home that has another brand of filter installed.

Great product- filters lead out, just as NSF certification claims.
We renovated our kitchen about 2 years ago, putting one of these in. We did this as we were aware of the old plumbing infrastructure in the northeast, and Pittsburgh where we live. Our water company had lead levels inching up towards the EPA's action level of 15 ppb but not quite there. Fast forward to a few months ago, when we had our main kitchen faucet water checked and were shocked to find that our water was at 32ppb of lead. With 2 young kids in the home, we requested a check of our filtered faucet (this one), which came back at ZERO. We still need to thank this company for making a reliable product that prevented exposing our children to twice the EPA's action limit of lead in the water. Thank you Multipure! We are so grateful for this product.

Noticeably better taste than Pur or Culligan faucet mounts.
I'm considering another one for my refrigerator. Replacement filters would cost about the same and I'd ditch GE's restricted brand crap.

Great filter!
I've only been using this for a week, but overall its a great water filter. My wife spent weeks researching the best NSF listed filters, and after we determined with a water test that we didn't need an RO system, this was the best bet. Bought the "Water Filter Purifier Faucet European Style Brushed Nickel" from Amazon to go with it (pretty nice, better than the ones at Home Depot), and got all the parts and fittings from Home Depot (see my answer on this page to get all the parts you'll need). Clean, cold water (colder than what comes from the tap for some reason), and by the size and weight of the filter, I think this will work pretty well.

These are NOT easy to source
So hard to install. You need a 1/4 inch supply line, a 1/8 to 1/4 brass adapter, a 1/8 to 3/8 brass adapter and a 1/4, 3/8, 3/8 brass tee, all lead free to attach to an existing tap. These are NOT easy to source. No help form the instructions or customer service to figure this out. Great filter, serious PITA to install. Not sure if it's worth the trouble.
