This is a great little headset for the money! People can hear me loud and clear while I am driving. I can hear a conversation while driving and I do not have to press the headset to my ear like I did with the Jabra. I have owned all the top brands over the years some last longer that others. On an average they last me 1 year max. The Plantronics (now Poly) would only last me 6 months and it did not like sweat and would stop working if it got wet. This headset is still going strong after a few weeks. The sweat and rain does not bother it. I would NOT dunk this in water or get it totally wet and expext it to work. Most headsets will not last. The charge time is a little slow but the headset will last me 2 to 3 days on a full charge depending on how much you talk. If you talk all day and use this headset then I would charge it up for the next day. I use android phones so the status of the headset ALWAYS shows 100% the same is on a PC. If you have IOS device you can see the charge level change. I wish it did it for Android or PC. When the headset tells you battery is low you have about 1 to 2 min before it turns off. This is the only con I can find with the headset. It is comfortable in the ear and easy to put on and take off. It does not fall out of my ear when talking or walking. The Jabra would fall out all the time. I think the over the ear hook helps keep it in place. This headset is design well for it's purpose and that is phone or zoom calls. I would not use it for music. It is loud enough for me but I have a headset for music but it is horrible for calls. I like the dual option for volume on the headset and the phone. With the phone volume on max the headset is too loud for me. My other headsets I had to always have my phone on max volume to hear the incoming call. This headset also has a mute buttton that is quick and keeps the phone out of your hands. With IOS phones you can use Siri with a touch of mute button. Would I buy another one? Yes! for $36 you can buy 2 to 3 of these headset for the cost of Jabra or Poly.

A very reliable Bluetooth head set, easy to connect and long lasting battery life. Connection is a plus long range great for usage while I work and very comfortable on the ear.

I purchased this as my first headset to go with my IPhone 10. I have some hearing loss so I read all the reviews and wanted to select a piece that I would not have to return. This headset does not disappoint! Packaged nicely and partially charged, the headset comes with a package of additional ear foam adaptors so you can “fit” the device to your ear size. No need to cram the darn thing in just to make it fit. This fits snug just on the ear canal and is very comfortable and does not make my ear sweat. The instructions are in easy to read English with easy to follow diagrams of what each button does on the device. Notice: this does NOT come with a charger, but does come with a very short charge cable. Any 5vdc cell charger or usb charger will do. DO NOT use a “rapid charger” or plug this into your car to charge as this states this could damage the device. I’m guessing they just want to make sure to not use one of the cheap generic chargers or high mAmp output chargers on the device. Ok..back to my review......The headset adjusts over the ear snuggly and does not move when on. You can shake your head, look down, and it stays put. The microphone boom is short and stays about 1/2 inch away from your cheek. The microphone sound quality is excellent! I made 3 test calls to 3 different people and switched between the headset and my new IPhone and they could not tell the difference between the two! The ear speaker sound quality is also excellent and for me with reduced hearing that was good news. The headset has enough volume range that I find myself having to “turn it down” because it is too loud. Not very often I have to do that. Battery life is just fine for me as I have used this on the road all day and never had to charge it. Bluetooth range is about the same as a Bluetooth speaker...about 30-40 feet. I put my phone down in my office and walked away from it talking and got a out of range beep in my ear at about 30 feet. My conversation was still going though which was nice ! That was kind of cool. The microphone and ear holder swivel firmly so you can wear this on either ear easily. I don’t like to buy cheap crap that seems like it will break in a month or the first time you cram it in your pocket with your keys. This seems well built and so far I like it a lot !! I would have given this a 5 star on noise cancellation, but to be fair I have no way to properly judge this.
