Emetophobia
My daughter has Emetophobia, leading to disordered eating and has had some scary periods of controlled / not eating. These have been a life saver even though they are for younger kids. I hate the plastic waste and expense but she won't take the powder. At the moment she has one every day with a straw - they feel 'safe', and it helps her adjust to having something in her system so feel ok about moving on to some real food.

My daughter is autistic and struggles at the moment with food / smells ect I tried these as I thought it would help with weight ect but the taste is horrendous
