Headset AC-200

My school uses this type of headsets so I ordered what I know. This is my first purchase in general for a headset of this kind. It works wonderfully. Super soft ear pieces and head pads. No issues with communication or not being heard. It even came with a surprise Avcomm bag for FREE with the purchase of the headset!! That was PRETTY AWESOME SURPRISE!!! It came with a tip to set the sensitivity of the mic but I didn’t have to do that at all. I just plugged it in the plane and tested it with my instructor and it was already set to a good sensitivity setting. Thank you Falcon Shop for the wonderful products!! I’ll be back for more!

This is a very basic aviation headset from a company with a history of manufacturing good products and the one I purchased is an example of the quality that they are known for.I would recommend this product, as well as the seller to anyone who may be looking for a good, well priced and functional spare headset.

The Avcomm AC-200 are outstanding. This is my 3rd set in about 20 years of flying. Very comfortable and easy to use. The only reason this is my 3rd set id because I've added my kids as part of my flight crew and so now I'm going to purchase a couple more. Who knows, maybe the wife will want to come up! HAHA! My original headset still works btw, the only thing is that the cable that connects between the headset and the plane has frayed. The protective rubber has worn out.

I've owned and used the same AC-200 for approximately 38yrs. They still work just like the day I brought them. Lil bit scuffed up from being knocked around, dropped, taken in/out of bag and kids playing with them. Other than that...Not one problem....EVER!!!...Gained weight as I've gotten older so they feel like a vise on long flights. I attribute that problem to my eating and drinking habits not headset.Excellent beginner headset that will support you up to ATP if that's where you're headed. Excellent 2nd headset for backup or passenger.

I purchased this headset from an FBO when I forgot to bring a spare for a passenger who I was picking up. It was the cheapest option at the time, so I rolled with it, thinking I was throwing away $130 on a low-quality headset.Much to my surprise, this headset has worked its way into my repertoire. This must be the least exciting aviation headset ever built. That being said, it's very well built, and the sound quality is very good. It's no David Clark, but for a student pilot or passenger, it'd make a great everyday headset.
