I bought this after my previous, much more expensive, product constantly stopped and started.This fan comes on very quickly and works great.It is much more silent than my previous one.Quality and price very good.

Got it to use with my Hot Tent wood burning stove. Its very quiet and efficient and certainly distributes the heat as promised.

Purchased as a replacement for an Aldi bought one that didn’t start unless you have it a nudge...This one appears to have a higher heat threshold but does start on its own and does blow a fair amount of air considering the small size of the blades. Even when the logs have burnt out the temperature in the room continues to increase (I’ve seen +5 degrees) from the fan circulating the warm air. Would have been useful for it to swivel also but hey - it’s an excuse to buy another :-)

Air flow produced could be improved by better fan design?bought it so that temperature of TV fitted above wood burner remained within limits.

Was not sure what expect given the range of reviews but have been surprisingly impressed. It is ver subtle in the distribution of heat but very effective. Without the fan the heat would not reach the dinning room which is right next to the living room (open plan and not very big). Now our dinning room is pleasantly warm and the warmth can also be felt at the top of the open stairwell and in the bedrooms upstairs. I say warmth, because it is warm not hot. The fan is so quiet.I love the thermometer. Great to see how hot or how much hotter the fire needs to be.Well worth the money.
