Amazing love it so much amazing streches and so good for mobility if anything is tight

I’ve been very impressed with the product. I read about it in men’s health and was wary of shelling out that much money for what is seemingly a basic product and bought it from this particular seller because they were the best value for money including delivery. I have been very impressed with the results and enjoy using the product. I suffer particularly from tightness in the hips through too much desk work and lifting weights (squats, lunges , deadlifts etc). yoga and foam rollers have helped but not as much as this product. I’ve enjoyed my training more as result of reduced stiffness and always tag on a ten minute mobility session at the end of my workout. I also feel leaner but that might be a coincidence!

Fantastic multi use equipment

Use the stick to stretch almost daily. Great for rolling shoulders after long hours on the computer or texting on a phone. Recommend.
