The box came completely damaged. Broke after 2nd use. Very cheap piece of crap but, I know it’s my own fault for expecting quality for such a low price 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have tried 3 times to get this to work. I already made cookies from this recipe so the recipe isn't the problem.The saw toothed handle doesn't grab each and every time. You have to spin the top knob so the arrow points toward your hand to make the teeth grip when you squeeze the handle. The handle did not always catch on the teeth and then you had to squeeze again. You don't know what you will get a perfect cookie or a squashed mess. Mostly mine would not stick to the pan every time. I used the big 3 petal flower disk and it just couldn't do more than 1 out of three tries for a perfect cookie.This is nice quality as far and the barrel goes it seems thicker than my old press. The disks don't fit other makes of presses and they are plastic but work well. The top doesn't come apart for cleaning and it screws to the gun handle so I'm not sure if you could put it in water. There weren't any directions for use other than what was on the outside of the box. It also comes with 6 icing tubes.If I hadn't already tossed the box in the trash I would be sending it back, maybe I can use it for icing but it is just do difficult to use with dough. Maybe they should have added a recipe for cookies to this press so you compare what you have to what they know works. Giving it just two stars because it would work with icing.
