Works, but only half the day.
I enjoy this product and it does a good job of monitoring my heart rate and steps (which is why I bought it), however the battery does not last very long. I put it on at 8am and it was dead by 2pm. It's not very helpful to track my steps at work if it can't even last an entire work day. It also has a small bump where it tracks pulse that doesn't seem like much until you wear it a full day and have a sore from where it rubs. Overall, it does what I wanted it to and I got what I paid for.

Fantastic!
My husband and I have been pleasantly surprised with these bands! I was skeptical because of the price, but they really do it all. We get all notifications from our phones, and unlike some other reviews have found that the step counter is actually quite accurate. We went for a walk and both of us counted our steps for one block and when we looked at our bands they were within +/-5 steps of what we counted. The app is very well designed and easy to use with many options for customization. The only thing that is a little finicky is charging them, I have better luck using the car charger or USB charging port than a computer. Because of the price I’m still skeptical as to how long they will last but so far, so good these first couple of weeks!

Great quality alternative to big name brand trackers!
BUILD - the band is comfortable, doesn’t irritate my skin, and is light to wear. Touch panel is great quality - responsive and works fantastic.FEATURES - heart rate, alerts, time, battery status.OVERALL - I’d definitely recommend it as a great alternative to larger known fitness trackers. I didn’t expect so many features and quality for the price.

Keeps Accurate Tracking, Impressed for the Price Point.
I have been reluctant to purchase a high priced Fit Bit for fear it would be too bulky on my small wrists. I decided to get this one so there would be no large investment and to see how I might like having a fitness tracker. I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised at how great this works. It keeps track of my steps, bpm, distance and sleep with accuracy. I really like having a clock on my wrist to tell time. The app that comes with the watch syncs accurately with the watch. You can also see your steps, sleep, and heart rate in the app as well through a series of screens showing graphs and icons. Notifications also can be pushed to the watch and work quite well. I don’t need my wrist buzzing every few moments with social media so I only keep my SMS messages pushed to the watch. I like that I can pick and choose which type of notifications to send to the watch. The charger works good also. It’s different though than I am used to. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to charge it when I opened the box. It does not use a cable to charge. Instead you take the wrist band off of the center of the device and plug the center piece directly to a USB block. I was a bit confused at first as to which direction to plug the watch into the block. I saw the gold connector on the mail part of the watch and made sure that touches the gold connector inside the block. The device charges pretty quickly. My Turbo block charged it in one hour and longer than that with a regular block. I would prefer the charge last longer, but it does last me for a whole day.I like that it has multiple features for checking heart rate. You can set it to check every couple of hours automatically. The default setting is on Real Rate. But the first day I wore the watch, It took me a while to figure out why my phone was beeping every few minutes. LOL. It turned out it beeps to check your heart rate when on real rate setting. So, I switched it to Static Heart Rate setting and it stopped the beeping on the phone. Now it checks my heart rate on the watch only with a quiet vibration.Over all, I have to say, I am quite impressed with this fitness tracker / watch and how well it works with the app as well. I will be wearing this watch every day. Oh, and the watch is quite comfortable.

Works great getting one for myself
Got this for my mom for mothers day. Works great getting one for myself. Just a bit of help. Mine does not charge when plugged into my laptop but will charge fast and just fine if you plug it into one of the wall adapters that you plug charging cables into.

Don't waste your time or money
Never had a watch like this - and with no instructions included except for some tiny tiny tiny page about 2x3 in , with very very minimal details that left me perplexed about how to use the product or its data. There were practically NO instructions. I may as well have kept my money. It wasn't even worth my time to request a refund but I would have if I had time.

Not as easy as they say.
Ordered as a Anniversary gift to my husband and he wore it a few hours and now it just sits in his basket of things to grab as he walks out the door like his keys and wallet. it's very hard to charge and it only shows military time. I thought he would at least use the heart rate monitor and Blood pressure meter......but no.

I'd buy it again
This little watch, does the job. I'm not super happy about the battery life, but it charges pretty quickly. Slim enough and not overtly masculine. I've had a couple of glitches with the sleep performance monitoring, (not recording my sleeping habits). They do have a trouble shooting function on the app you download to your phone, which fixed it, but, it's a little clunky. I'm mostly pleased with it, especially for the price. I've had it a little over a month.
