You don’t know how good a company is until you have to return their product. The battery they sent wouldn’t hold a charge. The return was quick and easy and received another battery with two day shipping. The new battery works as it should. Munikind is a reputable company that stands by their product.

Worked great for 60 days and now won't stay charged.

I've only had this replacement battery for a short time, but initial impressions are that it's "acceptable".Coming from a battery pack that was on its last legs, there's a notable improvement in battery life. But that's not an apples to apples comparison.The one thing I noticed right off the bat is that there is NO battery monitoring circuit in the one for sale here. This could lead to a shorter overall life of the pack.When using the original Dyson charger, the original pack shuts off the charger once it's determined that the pack is fully charged.**This battery pack does not.**It continually charges the battery *until the charger is disconnected*. And a constant trickle charge can shorten the life of lithium ion batteries.IMO, users should NOT "plug it in and forget about it" like we could with the original Dyson battery that came with the unit.Once it's charged, it should be unplugged.Seems well priced, and well suited otherwise! Perfect fit.

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah....why didn't they include this with the vacuum when you bought it, instead of that piece of crap battery you now find yourself replacing! COST!!!! This one lasts at least twice as long as the original, more amp hours. This battery now makes my vacuum worth while to use. I can do the entire house and not just the first floor....before the battery goes dead. And it has more suction! How do I know? I have two Akitas that shed like snow and I find the cup packed after one room now. No, I'm not waiting to vacuum either! Try it, you won't regret it. Send the old one back to Dyson and let them recycle it! This new higher amp hour battery should have been sold with the original vacuum rather than passing the cost onto us. When is enough$$ enough???

Poor battery. After 3-months of use, it no longer delivers a consistent voltage. I can run my Dyson for a few seconds at a time before it cuts out.

Do not trust this deal. The battery did not last a couple of months. I have the batteries that came with my Dyson that have lasted 4 years. The one I ordered on Amazon has a very short battery life!!
