Great well made kit, easy to put together!
Fantastic little kit to take your raspberry pi 3 B+ to the next level!I was a little worried that this would be difficult to to build and set up, however with the included tools it was very easy. One thing you will notice straight away is the quality of the case, screen and included extras. Make sure you follow the instructions carefully and install the correct drivers and you're good to go!I was impressed with the screen, good viewing angles and great colour saturation. Even with my dodgy eyesight it was easy to read. They even include a stylus to assist with on-screen setup which makes everything much easier. If you're contemplating buying one of these, just do it! You won't be disappointed!

Great case; decent screen; slight problem with software
It's a great little case and went together with the screen easily. The screws to mount the Pi itself would be fiddly but tweezers are provided to hold them, along with the screwdriver itself. One step of the instructions appeared to be missing - there's a spacer that stops the screen wobbling if you stick it to the top of the network socket, but it wasn't mentioned. It all looks great when it's finished.I planned to use this PI with a non-desktop (text only) version of Raspbian running as a server just so I could monitor it, and I found that when I installed the driver per the instructions the screen did not work properly - once it filled with text it got into an odd state where it stopped scrolling and you could no longer see new text. You could see the cursor at various odd places, though. So in the end I installed the Raspbian image they provide for "test" purposes, which has a desktop, and it all worked fine. I just decided to stick with that - all I had to do was expand the image from 8GB so it made full use of my SD card, and I did all the Linux updates. If you start a terminal you can see exactly what was done to set it up in the command-line history!I'm glad I did stick with the desktop - it's turned out to be very useful. The touchscreen is tiny as you'd expect but a stylus is provided and it's quite usable. I have my scripts pop up messages onto the GUI (using zenity), which is handy, and I could configure the wifi from the GUI easily - there's a little on-screen keyboard available so I didn't even need to connect a physical keyboard.I've got two of these now; overall I'm very happy.

Lovely little screen and case
The media could not be loaded. I have it setup with retropie for testing but will ultimately become the interface for my DIY thermostat(nest/hive style) or my DIY video doorbell display.Very easy to setup with the pre-built images supplied.Initially I thought it wasn't working as the screen stayed black (it doesn't seem to get the splash screen and OS boot text) but a few seconds later the OS appeared. The display is colourful and crisp which makes the retro games look great. The UP and DOWN viewing angles are almost perfect. The LEFT and RIGHT viewing angles are good, the UP and DOWN viewing angles are basically perfect.Frame rate is great, certainly good enough for retro games. The kit includes bonus heatsinks, a screwdriver and tweesers along with the screws, spacers, stylus, case and screen.I would and might buy it again, as I much prefer the look of this case to the stock black Raspberry Pi case.Have included pics and a video of the nes game F1 Sensation intro (apologies for the shaky hands!)

Its ok
It works fine with the GUI but a bit of faff to get it setup and work in programs , which I am still struggling with for a media centre

Perfect and easy to install
I've had this running none stop for a Pi-Hole. It's sensitive and clear enough for the interface I built for it. I'd recommend this to anyone. One thing I did though, is that it comes with a rubber piece which it comments to put under one of the stand. I put this on top of the RJ45 socket and got blue tack for the mount it was recommended for. Made the screen more stable.

Great for the price
A bit of a pain in the arse but really good for the price. Kali for the pi has a script that will set it up. YouTube it, copy what the guy does, much easier than following the instructions included. There is a script on guy that will change from the display to HDMI and back again. It's a bit clunky and for my use case I need to edit it, but it can be done if you can be bothered. The screen looks better than I was expecting. Viewing angles arent great but that's fine. Touch screen use.. erm.. not good. It works but its not good.

Not that good
Contrary to other reviews, I found the instructions unclear. It is a case though of "once you've figured it out and done it once, it's quite easy. Also, the quality is a bit lacking, but that's just my opinion.Note that applying any pressure on the screen (e.g. to ensure the case closes snugly) WILL crack the screen. I'm surprised a screen cover is not included to protect what is (for a Raspberry Pi) a relatively expensive bit of kit. A nice retro flip cover would be good. Also note that installing this screen precludes from using a cooling fan, as both won't fit in the case and the screen occupies the GPIO power connectors a fan requires. I think, for my purposes, a fan is more important than a screen. It's been nice to have the option of both.
