I have bought it based on the ratings and reviews.But after using it I got to conclusion that it doesn't eligible to even the 1 rating too because of the following.-- Basically the bed is getting hot during summer, feeling better sleeping on floor than this-- Sleep was uncomfort even despite of trying out different postures-- Customer care people wont repond to calls and even to the watsupp-- Not getting softer inspite of using too, Its getting hard finally got to conculsion to replace it--I suggest sleeping on mat on a floor is much better than this dirty thing.

After using 14 months iam giving this review, even though the video and package is so attractive.. the bed is useless for the cost we pay, Gel doesn't observe the heat from the body, instead it retains the heat and over a period of time heat becomes intolerable and we wake up... not recommended for non A/C room.

I was not sure to go ahead with the purchase or not. But I was impressed with the video associated with the product. I went ahead and made the purchase. Below is my review after few around month use.Pros : - Affordable mattresses - Size is nearly perfect (Length X Breadth) - Movement in one side of the mattress does not disturb person on the other side. (This is best part I liked) - Comfortable and come with mattress cover. (Never tested it is water proof or not) - Mostly as advertised.Cons: - I feel 6 inch thickness is very less they they should be minimum 8 inch thick - Memory foam layer could be more thicker.If you have slot kind of bed,make sure you take proper measurement.

I have waited for almost 2 months to write this review because I wanted to use the product thoruoghly and then give an honest review to the other customers. I was very skeptical on buying a mattress online without trying it physically but then the company's 30 nights trial and 100% money back policy encouraged me to take a chance and place an order on Amazon. Trust me I don't regret my decision of buying the mattress online and would like to buy in future from the same manufacturer. At this price point it's difficult to get orthopedic memory foam mattress* The mattress is having a genuine memory foam effect and you can easily see the impression once you get up from the bed* Mattress is super comfortable to sleep on and it distributes the weight evenly so that you don't get the sinking feeling like the other memory foams* Some people have complained about feeling hot when using this mattress but as of now I haven't experienceed it. Instead the mattress allows the air circulation to happen and it keeps the body temperatures moderate as it has a cooling gel layer* You have an option of getting the mattress customized as per your bed size so that you can find a perfect fit for your bed. Keep up the good work guys. As far as I'm concern, I'm actually becoming a lazy cat slowly and gradually. :)

Review after using 8 months: Too much heat, not recommended. I kept my old mattress back to my cot. Now it is not at all used at the home.

Writing this review post 4 months of use.- Never had a history of lower back ache, magically appears.- The support team seem to be high on something, cause they send really weird responses to your queries, like and I quote " Your family seems to like it :) " Firstly what family, I stay alone, secondly smiley face? seriously? And where did they even get that line from.- You will wake up sweating if you do not have your ac switched on

I initially had back issues after using the product and I made a review stating the same. Customer care got in touch soon and replaced the product. After using the replaced mattress for more than a month I am quite satisfied with the performance. 4 stars for now and probably 5 stars in a month time. Special thanks to Kabir for all help and support and taking care of the complaint personally.

This mattress has completely exceeded our already high expectations! It is exactly as described by the company and we are very impressed by the quality. The customer service was also great - brownie points for the personalised note and cute branding details on the packaging. It came neatly packed and was very easy to set up. Best of all, we've truly been enjoying a much better quality of sleep. Fair warning: it's significantly harder to get out of bed in the mornings but so worth it!Safe to say, we won't be returning it after the 30 day trial :D Highly recommend to anyone on the lookout for a new mattress.
