Working fine. Last 4 years

I bought 2 of these fans at the start of March. One of them stopped working just days after the return window closed. The other one stopped today. We have called the orient customer care many times. They say they will send a technician but no one has come. I did not expect such horrendous customer service from a reputable company such as Orient.The remote control too wasn't good. It only worked from certain angles and that too not always and the light indicator was too dim to see without darkness.This has been my worst purchase yet.

The product is good but it's remote works only in critical angle due to it's remote sensor is located in lower canopy, above blades. Orient must solve the problem as soon as possible to prevent company image from maligning. If the Orient company is unable to solve the problem, they should seek help from the start up companies.Orient company should hold it's distribution until the problem is solved.

Quick delivery. Packing is not bad. But tampered by courier people before delivery. This product is best and consumes very less power. Good working. Remote is very handy. Need to point towards fan to function properly. Recommended due to its BLDC motor and less power. Cons is manufactured only in two generic colors. After using more than a year. Now I am adding few extra lines to my review following:::: I can say this fan has some minor issues, sometimes it will not start with the single press of the remote button. Although the power switches on, it waves anticlock wise and clock wise and try to break the magnetic field to rotate as it is brushless fan. A few times I felt irritated because of this issue. I needed to press the start button of the remote many times. But again that can be ignored when compared to the brand and its low power consumption feature.

Request other not to buy any product from ORIENTFAN delivered on 2nd Oct 2020, and electrician installed on 5th Oct, from yesterday 30th Oct FAN is not working, it is not rotating and stackedcalled service center and reported problem, instead of replacing they are servicing and asking for extra 700 rupees for service or repairing the damage, very poor quality and very disappointed service from orientRequest other not to buy any product from ORIENT
