Tom Clancy's Net Force: The Deadliest Game (Net Force YA) Mass Market Paperback – February 1, 1999

This was unusual reading at first and then I became trapped into helping the Explorers find out who done it. I was back reading my every spare minute. A worthwhile series. I need another one now. Thank you.

Having a hard time dealing with VR. However, the action and stories are not bad. Starting to like the series

Fun read

I enjoyed this one a great deal. Makes you wonder if that is really happening in our time and not just fiction.Maybe we will soon find out. Will read next book with a fond enjoyment Like I always expect from Tom Clancy and Steve Pieczenik.

The book cover was disgusting! Wasn't sure what was dried on it, had to wash it. The paper towel was filthy when I got done.

In the year 2054, virtual game the Dominion of Sarxos is the most popular wargame on the Net. But they must be extremely careful if they themselves do not want to be the next targets...The Net Force Explorers is a great Young Adult fiction series, especially those with a love for computers and the Internet. Since the Net presented in the books have no boundaries, you will never know what to expect next. With a well-thought out plot, this story has plenty of twists and turns, having the whole plot well balanced with mystery, excitement, and adventure. But I can't really say any more or I would ruin the story! :)The characters of the book is what really makes the book more fun to read. Meg O'Malley is a terrific Net Force Explorer with her quick wits, sharp tongue, and martial arts talents. I especially found her very cool and I loved the part where she jokes about her brothers. Leif Anderson, though not really as tough as Meg with her fighting abilities, is more computer literate and has a special flair for different language. Meg and Leif are a great team and I wish there was a bit of romance between though the story the way it is is very satisfactory. I can't wait to read more about them in the series!The series is for Young Adults and I strongly recommend only older kids read it since there are many occasions where a few bad words are sprinkled here and there. Not that bad but still in a way a bit annoying to have them in the book. But I still highly recommend it for older kids for I'm sure you'll love it!
