I have tried both sizes and I wake middle of sleep and have to find them somewhere in my bed. So I am not sure I have full use to give an accurate account of how well they work. Just know I have not had best success for me and now I have a box of them that I don't know what to do with them.

Not quite big enough for my nostrils, but then, I’m 6’4”. I’m a double X man.

They said they were odorless but I could smell a faint chemical smell when I opened the well done packaging. I let them air out for the rest of the day and by bed time there was no odor at all! Good deal. 😊They were much softer and more flexible then they appeared in the image. Even so, they still kept my air ways open, and that was awesome. They are very comfortable when inserted. Allergies and colds often cause my sinuses to swell shut and with a CPAP machine, that's not good! These have totally solved that problem.They even sent along a handy carry case. Now how cool is that? 😃 ❤️

Ok product. Inexpensive alternative. Sadly I often wake up without it in place. May be allergic to material.
