What I liked about the spices ... their nice flavor.What I didn't like was the large containers they came in. I had to find other containersfor storage.

Too often I buy spices only to discover they're not as fresh and pungent as they should be. I'm also tired of paying top dollar for small spice bottles at the local grocery store. Because cumin is regularly used at our house, I took a chance and bought it in bulk. At the time, Badia offered the best competitive price. After receiving my order and using the cumin, I am convinced they also offer excellent quality. The cumin is wonderfully aromatic and rich in color. Badia also posts expiration dates--the posted date on my cumin jar says January, 2020--I know I can use this big 16 oz. by then.This may be my first Badia purchase, but it certainly won't be my last. I'm so impressed with quality, quantity and price. I will continue to purchase other spices I commonly use in bulk.

The product quality is quite good, but as is frequently the case, the USPS has carelessly thrown the package around, and Amazon does not pack with that in mind. Items such as this should be packed in boxes... not mailers! I am tempted to give fewer stars, but it's not the fault of Badia! 😠😠
