(2 Pack) Trader Joe's Honey Mango Moisturizing Shave Cream with Aloe Vera and Vitamin E for Men and Women

Based on all the positive reviews that this shaving cream has, I was expecting it to be the best I've ever tried. I was disappointed. It is smooth, but rubbing it in creates no lather, which is pretty much an instant no from me. Unfortunately, I have already used one tub of the cream, even though it came in a pack of two, so I am stuck with them for now. One of my favorite creams is "Pure by Gillette"; it lathers so so nicely and feels amazing on the skin. The only bad thing about it is it uses menthol as a cooling ingredient, so shaving anywhere else is... not the sensation you might want lol. This cream has no cooling effect, so i thought it would be perfect - considering the use of aloe vera. But there is nothing special about this cream, it is similar to Harry's if you have ever tried theirs. Gets the job done, but absolutely zero lather.

Idk what is in this stuff but it makes for the best shave ever. You don’t need much and it works so well

Because my husband hasn't traveled since the pandemic started he ran out of this shaving cream. He tried another brand but was really dissatisfied. I found his Trader Joe's shaving cream on Amazon and decided to order it. He's happy with it.

Just as leg shaving season began, I realized I couldn't find this shave cream at Trader Joe's. I now have a life time supply, but I just love the way it smells. Makes the razor slide along nicely, too.

I've been using this stuff for 20+ years, since a Trader Joe's cashier recommended it. Nothing comes close. Except buying it for half of this price in the actual store.
