Great investment.Came in a great packaging.Beautiful black faucet with a good filter faucet on the same unit.The design saved me a lot of trouble drilling another hole for a stand alone filter faucet. Filter faucet provides great flow.The pull out function is excellent. Withdraw and retrieve was effortless.The spray/stream buttons is a plus. Able to switch without leaks.Be sure to buy a “double stop flow control” in order to install the filter.Very happy with it.Edited after 2years & 11 months of usage.(since 7/18/2019)June 1, 2022This faucet is still very sturdy, serves the purpose very well: 1. Unlike the other gooseneck faucets which water may drip back to the inner pipe, 2. Retractable pipe is well built, the filter faucet is still in excellent condition & it’s the reason why I bought this faucet set, don’t have to drill filter faucet whole in a rental apartment, thus I won’t be charged for damaging the sink.I still give it a 5 star, no doubts.However, after 3 movings, that means I had to remove the whole set from old apartment to new apartment, 3 times, the plastic valve control (grey & blue color, see photo) cracked a bit from all that install & uninstall, causing a pipe leak under the sink. I wouldn’t consider this a manufacturer’s fault. Just wrote to the original seller / manufacturer. Truly wish they are in good business and they do carry spare parts for customers like me. I requested 2 pieces, just to be safe.I’ll update further if & when I receive a response.

The original owners of our house installed a stainless steel faucet with this black composite sink so this looks much much better. Very happy with the purchase and how the faucet works. I’ve done easier plumbing projects but mine was made more complicated because we installed a separate filter for the dedicated drinking water outlet and spigot. *** INSTALL ADVICE *** the 4 pipes thru the small neck of the faucet make it almost impossible to tighten the three separate water lines AFTER the faucet is mounted. So pull the primary faucet hose out of the neck and screw the two cold and one hot lines securely to the very cluttered assembly of female connections first then feeding them thru the counter and sink hole followed by the hose for the actual primary faucet after the unit is mounted. Then it’s only a matter of push connecting the primary hose to the combined water outlet. I can’t imagine doing it any other way with how close the connections are at the base of the faucet. I recommend the purchase otherwise.

The media could not be loaded. It was difficult to find a faucet with an integrated filtered water line which wasn't super tall and industrial looking. This faucet fit the bill, was the perfect simple design and not too tall. It works perfectly! I just had to purchase a separate base plate (from another amz seller) as I needed to cover up existing holes. Excellent value for the money. I cannot speak to ease of install, as I paid a plumber to install, as I had other plumbing needs below the sink at the same time.

Terrible design. What could have been a 15min installation turned out to be 90min and had to order a replacement unit. Waste of time. It is impossible to pass the fastener nut onto the threaded mast. Both original and replacement unit had the same issue, the arrangement of the hoses leaves connectors at a position that is bigger than the diameter of the mast. There is no way to properly thread the nut onto the mast. On the replacement unit I pre compressed with a clamp all the connectors so they were actually smaller than the mast diameter. It made threading the nut a bit easier but still had to play around to find the right angle.Also on the first unit the nut never securely fastened the mast. I tightened it as much as possible and after using the faucet a few times the nut would come loose.The material of the faucet seems to be made of some low quality alloy. It’s very light. The weight on the pull out hose doesn’t really pull the head back into position on its own. You still have to guide the hose back into the faucet pipe.Overall a bad installation experience and seems to be a low quality product. Only reason why I didn’t return it is because I threw my original faucet away. Should have kept it until I installation was working 100%. Don’t think it will last long.

Update!! 07/06/2022The seller provided a replacement to the faucet that was installed, and the original leak issue is resolved. The faucet inputs were still very close and tight, so patience is needed getting everything connected.Original ReviewThis faucet was purchased to use with an under counter water filter system and a granite counter with one a single opening - nixing the option of using a dedicated separate drinking faucet.The instructions were a series of pictures that gave a decent outline of how to install. The major stickler was on my unit the attachments at the base of the faucet were not as spaced/staggered as those in the instructions making for a very tight fit through the counter hole. It also makes it tricky to tighten the lines.Once installed and running the major no-go issue was the weighted pull line for the detachable faucet head leaked at the quick connect point. All the other lines are screwed, with this line the only quick connect to a plastic connector. The leak is pretty severe.I have messaged the seller to see if they can replace the bad part and will update my review accordingly after giving them a chance to reply/remedy.

This faucet was half the price of a name brand and included a filtered water nozzle off the same fixture. This was only meant to be a temporary replacement while we have new countertops tops installed in a very large and now plan to keep this faucet. Can not understand why this has not been copied by the name brands. Very happy with it. Easy to install
