Very good buy. I Was looking for a set of sharp knives and was influenced by another buyer. They are up to my expectations.

Precision sharp. Compact with good storage saving space

Clever idea for storing knives but not if you have very young kids. I don’t; they grow up and left me. And my dog can’t open cupboards. Yet.Very sharp from the off but with any cheapish steel they fade quite quickly and need sharpening every few days with regular use. I sharpen them with my grandfathers old steel, they respond very well.Blades are a good shape and the handles are comfortable in my large, powerful, masculine hands!Only down side is the grey coating on the blades doesn’t like anything rougher than a soapy sponge. My green nylon scouring pad has scratched the paintwork. Don’t leave anything to dry on them, rinse them straight away after use. And go easy on them; they’ll look after you if you look after them.Let’s get chopping and slicing!

Really great idea,hidden in cupboard and use all the time.

I find this a much safer and space saving alternative to storing knives in a drawer. Fun to use. Nice slim profile

I bought these knives to stick on the inside of one of the cupboard doors in our caravan. Strapped for space, I needed something small (which this set is) and good quality (which they are).I was a little worried because travelling with too much weight is a bit of an issue, but honestly I'd chuck other things out before I get rid of these. Despite the caravan wobbling en route, they have NEVER fallen out of the store. They are great.Regarding the black film coming off, because we haven't got a dishwasher this doesn't seem to be a problem. Perhaps they are worth washing by hand at home?
