Functional
It is stable, functional and quite reasonable. It arrived with a bit of rust (I was able to remove), and the top tier has nothing that it rests on except the vertical adjustment cowl so it wobbles a tad.

Not great quality
This spinner didnt have any reviews so I thought I'd try it. Well it came on time. I put it together and had issues with the adjustable brackets to adjust height. Not very sturdy as the welds on it broke. My husband had to weld it back together and modify it to work.

It's not worth buying
It is not very sturdy. Each section is wobbly. Seems like pole is much smaller than the fitting.

Wobbly item doesn’t tighten well
Doesn’t assemble well it wobbly and the polls drop down easy. Use a wrench to tighten. I put socks 🧦 on it but nothing else
